Event Regulations

By entering any of our events, riders are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Helmets are compulsory for the duration of the event. No helmet, no ride.
• Riders must obey the Highway Code at all times and ride in a manner which is safe for themselves and others.
• Following vehicles are not allowed. Any riders identified with such will be removed from the event
• None of our events are races and shouldn't be considered as such.
• Riders are expected to make sure their bike is roadworthy.
• Riders should carry emergency spares where possible.
• Organisers reserve the right to change the published route if necessary.
• Riders participate in our events at their own risk. It is their responsibility to deal with hazards on the road.
• No liability whatsoever shall attach to the organiser/promoter, promoting club/organisation, event sponsors, British Cycling or any event official or member of British Cycling or member of the promoting club /organisation in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by riders in or by reason of the event, unless such injury, loss or damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of the aforementioned.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel your entry to the Wyre Forest Stinger within seven days of receipt of your entry (as displayed in the Rider List), and your payment will be returned. After this period, no refunds will be given, but entries may be transferred to another rider at the discretion of the organisers.
